Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – In-Person Reiki & Energy Healing - "Nourish Healing Collective" Location

Thank you for choosing For the Love of Natural Living, LLC for your Reiki and energy healing sessions. Because I work out of a paid-to-rent healing space at the Nourish Healing Collective, each appointment reserves both my time and a specific room that I pay for in advance. This policy is here to keep things clear, grounded, and compassionate for both of us.

Paid-to-Rent Space & Room Fees

Sessions at Nourish are held in a room that is rented by the hour. When you book an appointment and complete payment, that room and time are held specifically for you. If an appointment is changed or canceled too close to the session time, the room rental fee may still be owed to the space. In some cases, this fee may be passed on to you if the space is unable to refund or rebook the room.

Minimum Notice for Rescheduling & Cancellation

To keep things clear and sustainable:

  • Minimum rescheduling notice: 96 hours (4 days) before your session
  • Minimum cancellation notice: 96 hours (4 days) before your session

If you contact me at least 96 hours in advance, we can usually reschedule or cancel your session without additional fees, and your payment can be applied according to the options available at that time (reschedule, credit, or refund where appropriate).

Changes Within 96 Hours of Your Session

I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 96 hours of your appointment:

  • I will first check whether Nourish Healing Collective is able to refund or reassign the room rental.
  • If the space is not able to refund or rebook the room, you may be responsible for the room rental fee before a new date can be secured.

In these situations, there may be:

  • Up to a $30 rescheduling fee if you are moving your appointment to a new date, or
  • Up to a $40 cancellation fee if you are canceling and not rescheduling.

These fees help cover the cost of the reserved room and the time held for your session. Every situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I recognize that emergencies, illness, and unexpected life events happen, and I will always do my best to respond with understanding while also honoring the commitments to the space.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is when a client does not arrive for their scheduled session and does not contact me before the appointment start time.

  • No-shows are generally treated as late cancellations and may be subject to the full session fee and/or the room rental fee, with no refund.
  • In rare or emergency situations, you are always welcome to reach out and share what happened. I will review each case individually and respond as compassionately and fairly as possible.

How to Reschedule or Cancel

If you need to make a change to your appointment:

The more notice you can give, the more flexibility we have to adjust your session and minimize or avoid any room-related fees.
