Whether you’re new or returning, know that you’ll be welcomed into a safe, non-judgmental space where your comfort and privacy are honored.
What is Reiki?
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that supports your body’s natural ability to relax, restore, and rebalance.
During a session, Frances channels universal life force energy to help clear energetic blockages, soothe stress, and invite deep calm.
No prior experience is needed—simply lie back, breathe, and allow the healing energy to flow. Many clients describe Reiki as peaceful, grounding, and profoundly restorative.
